Red Tea Natural Skin

This is an herbal tea that looks red and steeps red. Although some of the twigs have reddish look most of the trademark red color is created during oxidation. Oxidation (fermentation) is a natural process that is best seen in fruit. Bananas and apples turn dark when exposed to air.
