Back Orders
Although we always try to ship all orders completely, occasionally
back orders can occur.
Order Processing Time
Please allow 2-7 business days for order to be processed. If an ordered
product is in back order or discontinued from our supplier, we will let
you know through email. Backordered or discontinued part of your order will be cancelled automatically.
Orders shipped via USPS/UPS are delivered Monday through Friday only. Shipping to Alaska and
Hawaii may require an additional one to two days.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order anytime after placing it, but before
we start processing it. Maximum time cycle between your order placement

Order Returns
You may return any or all of your ordered items through USPS within 30 days of
shipping, under following circumstances:
- No questions asked. Guaranteed Return but we need invoice copy.
- Stamped amount on return envelope will be reimbursed by a return cheque.
- Item was received in damaged condition or was defective
- Incorrect item was shipped (other than what you actually ordered).
