Herbs-Wholesale.com offers free shipping on orders $99.99 and above, within the 48 contiguous states of United States of America, via USPS/UPS Ground Service, 2-7 days delivery time.

This offer is not valid for following addresses:

• Hawaii
• Alaska
• PO Box
• APO/FPO military

Shipping Rates
Choose from a variety of shipping options. For orders worth $99.99 or less, shipping charges are applicable based on following shipping rate matrix.

Note
Order Weighing 1 or less than 1 Lb will be shipped by USPS

Back Orders
Although we always try to ship all orders completely, occasionally back orders can occur.

Order Processing Time
Please allow 2-7 business days for order to be processed. If an ordered product is in back order or discontinued from our supplier, we will let you know through email. Backordered or discontinued part of your order will be cancelled automatically.

Orders shipped via USPS/UPS are delivered Monday through Friday only. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may require an additional one to two days.

Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order anytime after placing it, but before we start processing it. Maximum time cycle between your order placement and our processing may be 24 hours. Please contact at cancel@herbs-wholesale.com

Order Returns

You may return any or all of your ordered items through USPS within 30 days of shipping, under following circumstances:

• No questions asked. Guranteed Return but we need invoice copy.
• Stamped amount on return envelope will be reimburse by a return cheque.
• Item was received in damaged condition or was defective
• Incorrect item was shipped (other than what you actually ordered). Read more
• Item is in new condition with original packaging.

• Minor changes by Manufacturers: Manufacturers bring minor changes to their product labeling, packaging, name and/or formula time to time. These changes are to comply with regulatory issues or for marketing purpose. Herbs-Wholesale.com is responsible to ship the same UPC code item that you ordered. Please match the UPC code present at the item you received with the UPC code at our website before returning an item due to minor differences. In case you still do not wish to keep the item, please return it to us in fresh condition, and we will issue refund to you as per our refund policy. (Hide)
