| Order Shipping Time |
| Herbs-Wholesale starts order shipping within 7-10 days of order placement. There is a possibility that we might be unable to ship an order as our mentioned time but the chances are rare. For instance if the desired product is out of stock at that time from supplier, in this situation we will inform our customer via email. USPS delivery time is other than order shipping time. |

| Shipping Charges |
| Shipping amount rely on some factors like weight, destination, and means of shipping. Shipping amount doesn’t incorporate in import duties, VAT or tariffs, these charges must be paid by the customer upon delivery. Custom clearance procedure is applied on international orders which may delay the shipment from promised delivery guesstimate. |

| Policy for Order Cancellation |
| If customer wants to cancel an order after 24 hours of order confirmation then Herbs-Wholesale will only cancel it on customer request. If we receive an email or fax to cancel an order then following actions are requisite to perform:

- Formal order cancellation request send via fax at 1-408-273-6490
Herbs-Wholesale has right to cancel an order if AVS (Address Verification Status) become mismatched.
Herbs-Wholesale reserves the right to cancel an order after 20 working days of order confirmation, if your desired product is out of stock from supplier.

| Policy for Changes in Order Content |
| After getting an email or fax from customer, Herbs-Wholesale will change the content of order within 24 hours of order confirmation.

| Policy for Order Return |
| Herbs-Wholesale will not consider any kind of return claim until and unless following conditions are applied:
- Product Damage In Shipment
- Wrong Product Shipped
Herbs-Wholesale is solely responsible to compensate the shipping charges under above mentioned situations. In case of any return claim, customer should have to return the product in seal pack condition with INVOICE COPY. Order return claim is considered within 7 days of order delivery. Herbs-Wholesale is not bound to reship order against order return claim. Against an order return claim, the product amount and reshipment charges are simply reimburse to the customer. For instance, if your shipment is seized in your local post office then in such condition Herbs-Wholesale is not responsible to afford any sort of reimbursement. Herbs-Wholesale is not liable to pay any custom duties or taxes that are applied by your local custom office. If we receive your order back due to custom clearance issues then 15% stocking fee and international shipping charges will be deducted form your account.

| Policy for Refund |
| We do our best to resolve refund cases within 21 days after receiving product refund claim.
Herbs-Wholesale is not responsible for any wrong shipment due to slight mistakes in shipping address given by customer. Under these situations no refund claim will be considered.

| Restrictions |
| There are number of things which may differ from the language of destination country like product manuals, instructions and safety warnings. Standards, specifications and labeling requirements of the products and additional material may not be design according to destination country. While ordering from Herbs-Wholesale, all laws and regulations of the destination country are must comply on the recipients which are in the record of importer. |
