Mental Health

Mental health is defined as a state of wellbeing in which the individual recognized his mental abilities, capable to cope with daily life stresses, work satisfactorily and fruitful for community. Mood and Behavioral Problem

It affects all mental aspects of life that include moods, thoughts, judgment and behavior. It influences the way to eat, sleep and the way to think, it effects so severely that it alter the way you feel and think about people.
