Cold & Flu
Cold is an infection of upper respiratory tract that is caused by virus. Cold and flu doesn’t mean that cold occur in this season it can cause in others but it mostly occur in cold season and caught people in fall and winter because of the fact that cold virus thrives best in cold season. They thrive best when there is less humidity in environment. There are more than 200 viruses that can cause cold this. [1] The well known symptoms produced include nasal congestion, sore throat, and soughing, sneezing and watery eyes. [1, 2] In children a lower grade fever can also occur. It is two common that estimation suppose that there is average two colds per year by each individual. Children get it more easily because they have less immunity than adults and hence caught more. [1]
