Melatonin is a neurohormone produced in humans by the pineal gland. A favorite of travelers, it governs the body's circadian rhythms. Melatonin is also a potent antioxidant. The Benefit of Sublinguals: Some nutrients may break down during liver metabolism. Suggested Use
