It can be sprinkled on salads or other foods and only half a teaspoon, the equivalent of five 500 mg capsules, is needed. Also, apply it directly to the skin to revive dry skin or for relieving eczema. Primrose Liquid Gold has a shelf life of one year prior to opening.
