Safe but ineffective |
| If you are using this product to raise HDL or lower Triglycerides, it won't work. No flush Niacin doesn't cause flushing because it doesn't contain the true form of Niacin that is effective in this regard. See newsletter by Robert Kowalski for details on this--the Niacin/ Oatbran guru! |
