Muscle Optimeal is the ideal meal replacement to increase intake of proteins, complex carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Muscle Optimeal Advantage
Tri-Protein Blend – Each serving of Muscle Optimeal contains 42 grams of high biological value protein from Whey, Milk and Rice, providing more than 5 grams of Branched Chain Amino Acids (Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine). Whey protein is the king of proteins because it is the richest natural source of Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs). BCAAs are depleted during intense exercise, which can lead to a loss of muscle tissue. Dietary BCAAs are important for enhanced muscle development, muscle repair and the synthesis of carbohydrates (gluconeogenesis). BCAAs are essential amino acids and must be provided in the diet, since they are not manufactured in the body. Whey protein is also a great source of immunoglobulins, which are specialized proteins (antibodies) that support the immune process. The whey protein in Muscle Optimeal is rich in glycomacropeptides (GMPs-17%), which are biologically active proteins involved in the growth of bifidobacteria and improved digestion/absorption of nutrients. For a better anabolic effect, Muscle Optimeal® also contains Milk and Rice Protein, which are digested more slowly than whey to offer a delayed release of amino acids for sustained muscle protein synthesis.
Glutamine and Xylitol – The Dieter’s Nutrients. Each serving of Muscle Optimeal is loaded with Glutamine from Whey and Xylitol to resist the loss of muscle tissue caused by dieting and intense exercise. Animal studies demonstrate that Glutamine and Xylitol preserve lean body mass during periods of physical stress. Glutamine is used by rapidly dividing cells as a fuel source. Xylitol is an alditol (a special carbohydrate) which Enhances to enhance physical performance and counteract loss of nucleotides. Xylitol also Enhances protect dental health by its effects on Streptococcus mutans. Lo Han Kuo is a new, exceptionally low-calorie, natural plant sweetener.
Fibersol-2 – An advanced, dietary soluble fiber made from complex carbohydrates. Each serving of Muscle Optimeal contains 10 grams of fiber per serving, comprised of 7 grams soluble fiber (in the form of Fibersol-2) and 3 grams insoluble fiber. Fibersol-2 has been shown to increase the concentrations of bifidobacterium, support cholesterol metabolism, as well as moderate postprandial blood glucose level increases (Fibersol-2 reduces the typical blood glucose spike after a meal).
MultiBlend – is a blend of 26 essential vitamins/minerals added to Muscle Optimeal to improve the body’s ability to recuperate from strenuous physical exercise. Included in MultiBlend are important antioxidant nutrients, such as vitamins A, C, E, folic acid and stress B vitamin complex, including vitamin B12.

| Suggested Use

Use one serving within 30 minutes following completion of exercise (best absorption of nutrients occur after exercise). Or, Muscle Optimeal may be used in place of a meal during the day.
Mix 11/2 (42g) to 3 scoops (84g) of powder with 6-8 oz. water, milk, soy milk or your favorite beverage or you may:
• Blend powder with liquid, ice and fruits for smoothies.
• Mix with cold or cooked cereals.
• Add to baked items, bread, muffins, or frozen desserts.
