Since everyone is unique, it's recommended that you start with a small amount of Super Dieter's Tea and gradually increase your intake to meet your personal taste requirements.

| Pour 12 oz. boiling water over tea bag and let steep for 2 minutes. Do not over steep! Press tea bag gently and remove. Drink one 6 oz. cup after your evening meal saving the rest for the following day (may be enjoyed hot or cold).
Three or four days later you may increase the strength and flavor of your tea -- if you wish -- by brewing with 6 oz. of water. It is important not to have more than one cup in a 24 hour period. Do not take more than 10 days unless directed by a doctor. Not for children under 12.

Seems Like it will work |
| I have used Laci's tea twice. I will continue to use it and let you know the long term results. Be close to a bathroom 12 hours after you drink it! It works as a laxative and cleans you right out, but is much more pleasant to take than a laxative. I will let you know after 10 days how well it did "diet wise". I have gotten three more people to use it and we will report our results. |
