| I have Behcet's Disease and have found that L-Lysine aids in faster healing of aphthous ulcers. However, since I usually get the ulcers in my throat, it is very hard to swallow the large, chalky pills. The powder form is excellent! I simply add it to a cup of hot tea, and I can get a 1,000 mg dose quickly and painlessly. |
