Gypsy Cold Care’s nasal decongestant action is attributed to its natural menthol content. Peppermint leaf contains volatile oils composed primarily of menthol, its main active constituent. | Suggested Use

| Pour 8 oz. of boiling water over one tea bag and steep, covered, for 10-15 minutes. At the first signs of a cold’s discomfort drink 1-2 cups followed by 1 cup every 3 hours, not to exceed 8 cups in 24 hours. For maximum effect sip your tea slowly while inhaling the mentholated vapors of relief.
