Gymnema is a woody, climbing plant common in central and southern India. Its Hindi name, "gurmar," means "destroyer of sugar." The leaves of Gymnema contain Triterpene Saponins called Gymnemic Acids. Solaray Gymnema Leaf Extract is intended to provide nutritive support for normal blood glucose levels.
 
Suggested Use

I always liked my sweets when the doctor told me i had diabetes i but i don't have to take medicine for it yet so i bought these Gymnema to give it a try i still have my sweets but not alot i take 1 pill a night i drink 2 bottles of water a day and my blood work the last 2 times has been 84 and the glucosse 5.7 he said thats almost at the level of a normal person keep up the good work so the pill do work
