| Suggested Use

| Take 1 to 3 tsps daily. For maximum freshness, consume within 6 weeks of opening. May be frozen to extend shelf life. Do not heat over 320°. Do not use for fry cooking. Use in place of butter on vegetables, rice, potatoes, etc. Delicious in salad dressings, sauces and blender drinks.
