For bad flu symptoms, take the Flu & Cold formula combined with the Infection Formula. Symptoms of a bad flu may include muscle pain, fever, unstoppable running nose, and a sore throat. If you have a swollen throat, the best way is to open the capsules and put the powder in a cup. Add boiling water to the powder, stir, and make it into a tea. Then, drink it slowly.

Adults and children age 13 and older: 5 capsules 3 times a day between meals with water.
Children ages 10-12: 4 capsules 3 times a day between meals with water.
Children ages 7-9: 3 capsules 3 times a day between meals with water.
Children ages 4-6: 2 capsules 3 times a day between meals with water.*
Children ages 2-3: 1 capsule 3 times a day between meals with water.*
For severe cases, take every 5 hours, can be taken with the Infection Formula for rapid results.
Children under age 6: open the capsules and pour the powder into a tablespoon. Mix the powder with warm water (add honey, if desired) and then have your child swallow.
