Pygeum Extract (bark) (Prunus africanus) is an evergreen tree found in Africa. Extracts from the bark contain several chemical compounds including phytosterols which have anti- inflammatory activity that promotes healthy bladder and prostate function. Pygeum Extracts have been used in France for the last 25 years to support prostate health. The synergistic combination of both Saw Palmetto and pygeum may have a more beneficial effect on prostate health.
Hawthorne Extract (Crataegus oxycantha) is recognized for its high concentration of flavonoid compounds, known as proanthocyanidins, that are primarily responsible for its free radical scavenging activity. Hawthorn extract may be Enhanceful in promoting healthy blood pressure and cholesterol levels. The flavonoid compounds have been shown to strengthen coronary vessels which may enhance the smooth flow of blood into the arteries as well.
Nettle Root Extract (16:1) (Urticae diocia radix) is supportive in maintaining healthy bladder function.It is a nourishing herb rich in minerals. Nettles has a mild water releasing action and aids the kidneys with elimination of uric acid.
