| Suggested Use

| Take this product with at least 12 ounces of water or other liquid. Under 100 lbs take 2-6 capsules, 2-3 times daily. Over 100 lbs take Up to 9 capsules, 2-3 times daily. If you have not used a psyllium product before, start by taking 2 capsules twice daily and increase dose each day by one capsule until you have reached 6 capsules twice daily. Children under the age of 12, consult a health care professional before using. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking (see warnings).
