What is collagen?
Collagen is a protein that makes up about 25% of the protein in the human body. There are 14 different types of collagen, with Type II being the most predominant. It is important to the structural integrity of connective tissue located throughout most of the body, especially bone, cartilage, tendons, and ligaments.
Benefits of Chicken Collagen II: BioCell Chicken Collagen is an abundant source of collagen II that is the main structure building block of joint cartilage. Patented BioCell Chicken Collagen II is easy to absorb providing nourishment directly to the joints. Its absorption rate is around 70% to 90%, while shark cartilage is only 8%. It is naturally rich in proteoglycans such as glucosamine sulfate, Chondroitin Sulfate, and a newly discovered proteoglycan called Cartilage Matrix Glycoprotein (CMGP). | Suggested Use

For best results, start by taking (2) tablets twice a day with meals of Advanced Joint Support, which contains 500 mg of Chicken Collagen II for two weeks.
After two weeks add (1) 500 mg capsule of Chicken Collagen II to your (4) tablets daily of Advanced Joint Support for another two weeks.
Start your fifth week by taking (2) 500 mg capsules of Chicken Collagen II with your (4) tablets of Advanced Joint Support until week seven when you will be taking (3) capsules of Chicken Collagen II with (4) tablets daily of Advanced Joint Support. You will now be getting 2, 000 mg a day of Chicken Collagen Type II.
Continue taking (3) capsules daily with (4) tablets of Advanced Joint Support for a minimum of 8 to 12 weeks.
