Bifidobacteria are anaerobic (live without oxygen) and reside in the lower intestine. Bifidus Balance + FOS is encapsulated to protect the bacteria from oxygen. These bacteria survive stomach acid well and colonize the colon. FOS promote the growth of these beneficial bacteria. At time of manufacture, each capsule contains approximately 2 billion organisms in the following amounts:
FOS (FructoOligoSaccharides) 210 mg
B. breve R0070 40% 800 million
B. longum BB536 40% 800 million
B. bifidum R0071 15% 300 million
B. infantis R0033 5% 100 million

| Suggested Use |

| Take 1 to 3 capsules per day with unchilled water, or dissolve in mouth, 20–60 minutes after eating. For infants and children, open capsule and pour 1/2 to one capsule onto food.
