| For adults & children 2 years & older: Apply to affected area not more than 4 times daily. Massage gently or use compress.

| Arniflora Arnica Gel does exactly what it says it does. At first incident, dab Arnica gel on and I promise you will not get a bruise. I have never seen anything like it. I love it, and have recommended it to others as well. |
