| Adults spray under the tongue (3-4 sprays) two to three times per day. Initially, if necessary, repeat at 15 minute intervals until effective. Children (over 2 years) may spray in the mouth (1 to 3 sprays). It is designed to be used intermittently when symptoms occur or daily during allergy season.
